A place of meeting and reflection
Common Ground is a project born from the collaboration between Monica De Paoli (Milano Notai), Francesca Moncada (Le Dimore del Quartetto), and Franco Broccardi (Lombard DCA), with the aim of creating a space where culture, business, and the third sector can engage in dialogue and develop new connections.
The project is based on the idea that culture represents a strategic lever for understanding the present and guiding change . The third sector is recognized as a fertile ground for social innovation and building relationships, while the for-profit sector finds an evolutionary and responsible dimension in the creation of value—not just economic value.
Common Ground was born from the desire to overcome barriers between traditionally separate fields, to foster collaboration between diverse stakeholders, leveraging diverse experiences, skills, and visions. The project aims to be an open environment , where differences are not obstacles, but rather a resource for developing new perspectives.
Through meetings, in-depth courses and shared initiatives, Common Ground promotes the comparison between different realities , stimulates critical reflections and supports the creation of practices capable of generating concrete impact.
This space is intended for those who feel the urgency to question the present and the responsibility to contribute to the construction of more inclusive, sustainable, and common-good-oriented models. This is not a static container, but an evolving process, nourished by the active contributions of those who choose to participate.
The goal is to facilitate common ground where collaboration between culture, business, and the third sector can translate into shared and lasting value.
