The number of private equity transactions in which Milano Notai has been involved in recent years has grown enormously, so much so that we have been able to skilfully use leveraged buy-out structures and structure sellers' re-investment and managers' co-investment transactions.  

In every transaction, we never lose sight of the delicate tax aspects, thanks also to the constant collaboration with law firms and tax experts.

In addition to private equity, the non-banking financing sector has seen us play a leading role. Our SME clients increasingly ask us to assist them in bond and mini-bond issuances and we have recently been involved in some of the most important project bond issues. This activity brings us into close contact with issuing companies and institutional investors, most of whom are foreign.
